Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. 

Shipping

Depending on the product, most will ship as USPS First-Class Mail(2-5 business days.) However if you want a quicker delivery, the other option will be USPS Priority Mail(1-3 business days.)

Everything is made to order. Limited quantity drops will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of your order confirmation unless otherwise stated. This is a 1 person small business so please be patient. If you have any issues please feel free to contact me.

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on the carrier website once the order has shipped. All orders will be provided a tracking number.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact me via email and I can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact me to check if it's eligible for replacement.

Returns

The best way to change your order is to contact me via email. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

We currently do not offer returns. Sorry.
